If the game has a config file that can be edited, it may be possible to change the refresh rate the game locks to when vsync is enabled to 144 instead of 60/120 or whatever "Half" is. Your hardware is literally limited when Vsync is enabled, as your FPS is limited your hardware doesnt have to work as hard compared to when its disabled.Īnd considering the recommended GPU is a 750 Ti, your GPU being loads better means it doesnt have to work nearly as hard when Vsync is enabled so its NORMAL for CPU/GPU usage to be lowered.
